Hi,

I have been doing this for 10 years and believe me, it is crazy out there. If you think you found the right opportunity, the next one is better, and then the next one, and so on. It is difficult to know which ones are legit and which ones are not. Even when you think you got the right one, you may end up being scammed or it will shot their doors.

There are a few great opportunities out there but most of them will require to pay some money to join. You should not have to pay anything to join at all but most MLM programs rely on the monthly membership fee in order to keep in business and pay commissions.

I tried them "all" sort of say and was disappointed in one way or another. Since you are just getting started, I recommend you start with affiliate programs. ClickBank has many advertisers that are willing to pay 50 and up to 75% commissions. ClickBank has been reliable for me and I receive their check on schedule.

One thing people will not tell you is that it requires a lot of learning and will need to spend some money because you will need to advertise whatever you are selling and a lot of the free advertising people tell you to do is not worth your time. You will get some leads but in return, you will use a lot of your time.

I worked with MLM for a while but decided to have my own website, write the information, and optimize it really good. This way, your traffic is mainly coming from the search engines which is generated on its own while you work on your website. The good thing about having your own website is that you are working for yourself and work as much as you can. Having your website, you will be able to maintain it yourself and will be able to add as many affiliate programs and Google ads to each page as you like. This means, you can have multiple ways to generate revenue.

What you need to do is to start right from the very beginning and build a business that will last you a life time. Invest in your business once and on something that will teach you all you need to know and you are set.

If you are an expert on something or have a hobby, you have a gold mine. The only thing you need is willingness to learn, the willingness to write, and you have it made.

This can take between 3 to 6 months to start generating a decent amount of traffic and income but your site will only will be growing, your traffic, and so is your income. To tell you the truth, this is the only way for me that has worked for me .

A piece of advice. Stay away from programs that are too good to be true. Stay away from free products, and free websites. They do not work and you will end up losing your time. It takes time to build a business and do not have a mind set that you will make thousands of Dollars overnight because if you do, you are doomed for failure.

Please let me know if you need any help.

Good luck to you,

Hector

Hi Achun,

Hector has a good point. There is so much stuff out there, and the guys writing web copy can make you salivate for the product for sure.

You have to watch out for so called "reviews" at times because, it may well be that the person reviewing the product is just putting the review together to sell it. Ideally, if you can find and stick to a program that you are excited about you should do well. Also, coming to forums like these can be really helpful to get good ideas and avoid pitfalls.

Although there are free items available on the internet, not all of them are bad.

See the following link on niche blueprints for example: http://tinyurl.com/7vcbvk

These guys are known to have produced successful products in the past, and the quality of their work is undeniable...so the response on this package was overwhelming...they had to close the doors after only 36 hours of making it available!

But there is free information on here now that can be useful to anyone wanting to take their business to the next level.

Their next launch will be in a couple of months, so, if it seems like something you have an interest in, keep an eye on this link for updates.

One of the things I like most about these guys is that they have their resources really well arranged as well as the steps to getting set-up. A big bonus is that there are virtually no hidden costs in their program!

I wish you well!

There are a lot of scams out there, and if you are not careful, you will be out of a lot of money. I am no guru to online marketing but I found a program that has made me successful online.

The Metric Mentoring program is a FREE online training and mentoring program. This program teaches you how lto make money online especially if you have a shoestring budget because it is totally free. If you want to learn more about this program go to: http://tinyurl.com/8bh2t5

If you want your own website to promote yourself and generate income. I reccommend you watch this movie. http://WWW.MY.WS The access code is: dbrhjohnson You can get your very own website, have it hosted for you, and get training for building the site. You can try it for FREE if you decide to continue after the trial period the cost is only $10 per month, for the site, hosting, and training.

Having your own website is a great way to promote affiliate products through clickbank if that is the way you decide to go.

To higher success,

Look into the programs and find out who's behind them. The ones I'm promoting have Top Marketers either pushing the business or are the producers of the program. I say ... follow the Leaders.

There are some "good guys" out there doing free stuff. :P
http://www.GiveawayVault.com is one with a free
weekly gift... no strings.
Free templates, graphics, eBooks and turnkey businesses.
No cost to join. There's also
http://www.updates.giveawayvault.com that gives you
instant access to all the giveaway promotions online.
Plus... our main site at
http://www.NewbiesOnTheNet.com has a stack
of free information and resources available.
Yes, you can expect anything that's free to potentially
have a possible return for its' producer, by way of an
affiliate link or a product that can be purchased. It's
up to the individual to make that decision to purchase
or not.
Viral marketing, via giving away something of value,
is a very valid way to achieve your "branding" around
the net.
If you can produce some product covers of your own
and make up a word.doc template that represents your
own business, that you edit PLR products into (that
you've picked up for free from one of the giveaways),
you've a gift to distribute that is unique to you and your
own business. That way you actually get to put your
name as the author.
If you're not up to the graphic covers as yet, then use
the ones that come with the PLR. Just be aware that
other people will be doing this too. So adding yourself
as the author is not a good idea. But, as long as the
original product was good quality, you've something
worthwhile to give away.
PM me for other access to high quality free stuff.
There's a lot to do; a lot to learn but if you focus on
your chosen niche and persevere, you'll get there.
Good luck.

every one claims to be the best and its no big deal in that. It is the same as traditional marketing. Each one wants attract clients and have a profitable business.

If you have started an online business recently then you shall find loads and loads of options at your disposal from designing to promotion to affiliates. You will find a lot of options. I don't know what your business is all about but i will advise you to completely study and do a thorough competitive analysis of top players in your industry. In this way you'll have a better idea of how others are doing and with whom are they working.

The biggest strength of Yahoo! Stores is its immense, stable and reliable infrastructure. That means you don't have to worry about find your own Web hosting or worrying about site outages.

Hi Achun. In the world of online marketing, its only normal to expect for sites or programs to claim that they're the best. But when one of them asks you for money upfront, then turn the other way and don't look back because it's a clear indication of a scam.
